This is to advise that the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse from 8.00pm on Monday 16th September when all paid-up members and parents of junior players will be eligible to attend.

As usual the meeting will receive reports from the Chair, Junior Chair and Treasurer and members will also be asked to approve the subscription rates for the 2024-25 season. This will be followed by the election of officers for the coming year and, in addition, there will be an opportunity to raise questions from the floor on any other aspect of the operation of the club.

Finally, anyone who is unable to attend and wishes to have their apologies recorded in the minutes of the meeting should email the undersigned.
